Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. 

The return address is set by default to a default facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. 

We do not accept returns for the following Products and Services:

  1. Masks, Scarfs, and Other Facial Coverings

  2. Jewelry or Loose Gemstones

  3. Consulting Services and Associated Fees

  4. Art

  5. Rental Services

  6. Installation Services
